My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to make sustainable, positive changes in your life. Rooted in Christian principles of love, compassion, and gratitude, I want to help you experience optimal wellness for the mind and the body.
I have a deep love for the beach, finding peace and inspiration in the rhythm of the waves and the serenity of the sandy shores. This connection to nature sparked my interest in mindfulness and wellness, leading me to explore yoga and holistic health practices.
I originally took my assignment from society and lived on autopilot for many years. I was sleepwalking through life and not finding the joy in each day. The pain of not being who I wanted to be was far greater than any pleasure I was receiving from my life of mediocrity. I decided what I wanted my life to look like and reverse engineered a plan to make it happen.
As Dan Koe says, “If you don’t know what you want, you will be told what you want, and you will believe it.”
I'm now on a mission to live my best life while also getting in the best shape of my life. I want to help you do the same. We heal our own challenges as we help others so I hope you will join me in this journey.
Over the years, I've trained extensively in various types of holistic healing practices, including being a licensed massage therapist for 12 years and completing training in Reiki and reflexology. Although I have retired my massage license, these complementary practices have deepened my understanding of the body’s energy systems and enhanced my ability to support holistic healing.
I believe that living your best life starts with nurturing your mind, body, and spirit. My approach to wellness is holistic, focusing on gentle yoga, mindful fitness, and healthy lifestyle choices that align with your personal goals.
