Lose Weight With Me In 2022

My new years resolutions are pretty much the same as they have been for the last couple of years. I have achieved most of them but they are life long commitments centered around health, finances and career that I continue to focus on year after year.

In 2022, I resolve to…

  1. Save More.
  2. Spend Less.
  3. Eat heathier.
  4. Exercise more.
  5. Be thankful for my job(s) whille…
  6. Building a wildly successful business.

I lost 35 pounds last year with a monetary incentive from HealthyWage. You can read all about my  experience by clicking here. I have put a few pounds back on and I am going to start intermittent fasting and counting my calories again on Saturday, Jan. 1. Actually I will start on Sunday, Jan. 2. ;) I want to lose the couple of pounds that I regained plus another 15. I was considering making another wager with HealthyWage when I discovered a team contest that interested me.

The $10,000 Team Challenge is a 12 week challenge where teams of 5 compete against each other to lose the greatest percentage of weight. To ensure that no unhealthy or drastic measures are taken, there is a cap of 16.9%. Any combined percentage of weight lost over that amount is not considered. The team that comes closest to the 16.9% of body weight lost splits the $10,000 prize equally. Hey, friends! We could win this thing! It’s only a 3 month commitment. The contest begins on Jan. 7, 2022 and ends on Apr. 1, 2022. There is an entry fee of $99 payable in 3 monthly installments of $33 each. The entrance fee allows you to compete for the cash prizes. If you don’t win but still lose 10% of your starting weight six months after your challenge ends you can receive a full reimbursement of your registration fee.
